Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Anchor Supply for your healthcare needs. Our Limited Warranty Policy is designed to provide you with confidence in the quality and performance of our products.

 

1. Warranty Coverage:

  • Anchor Supply provides a limited warranty period of 1 year from the date of the original shipment for our products. Parts and labor will be covered for 1 year for any items that can be shipped in for depot repair service. Parts and labor will be covered for 90 days for large equipment such as beds and stretchers. Parts will be provided beyond 90 days and up to 1 year at the expense of Anchor Supply.

 

2. Reporting Defective Products:

  • Defective products must be reported in writing within 7 days from the date of receipt. Failure to report defects within this timeframe may result in the product not being covered under warranty.

 

3. Exclusions from Warranty:

  • This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
  • Misuse or neglect of the product.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Customer failure to perform routine maintenance.
  • Unauthorized service or repairs to malfunctioning equipment conducted without prior authorization from Anchor Supply.

 

4. Routine Maintenance:

  • The customer is responsible for routine maintenance of the product as specified by the OEM.

 

5. Authorization for Service or Repairs:

  • Warranty coverage may be voided if service or repairs to malfunctioning equipment are conducted without prior authorization from Anchor Supply. Please contact our customer service team at support@myanchorsupply.com for authorization.

 

6. Warranty Claims:

  • To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@myanchorsupply.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images.

 

7. Resolution Process:

  • Upon receiving a warranty claim, Anchor Supply will assess the provided information and may request additional details or evidence. If deemed necessary, Anchor Supply will issue a return authorization for the product. Upon receipt of the product, Anchor Supply will either repair or replace the defective item.

 

8. Shipping Costs:

  • Anchor Supply will cover the shipping costs of warranty items.

 

9. Transferability:

  • This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

 

10. Disclaimer:

  • This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Anchor Supply. Any other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

11. Modifications to Warranty Policy:

  • Anchor Supply reserves the right to update or modify this Limited Warranty Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
