4. Shipping Quotes for Freight Items:

  • Dock to dock shipping will be quoted for all freight deliveries. Please specify if your facility requires any special services such as lift gate, limited access, inside delivery or white glove delivery. Anchor Supply is not responsible for any unspecified or requested services.


5. Shipping Timeframes:

  • We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery timeframes may vary based on the shipping method and destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided during the checkout process or email support@myanchorsupply.com for order updates.


6. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If tracking is not received then please email support@myanchorsupply.com for order updates.


7. Address Accuracy:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Anchor Supply is not liable for any delays or mis-delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


8. International Shipping:

  • Anchor Supply does not ship internationally. All international orders must be sent to a freight forwarder anywhere in the United States. Anchor Supply is not responsible for products once received by the freight forwarder.
  • All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations for international orders.


9. Shipping Changes:

  • Changes to shipping details, such as address modifications or delivery instructions, must be communicated to our customer service team as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for such changes.
