Notification and Return Window:

  • Anchor Supply must be notified of all returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@myanchorsupply.com. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return. All sales are final after 30 days from the delivery date.


Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective returns. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.


Defective Orders:

  • Defective orders are returnable with prior authorization. Contact our customer service team at support@myanchorsupply.com to obtain authorization for the return of defective items. Defective products, properly noted damaged products, and returns that are the result of an Anchor Supply error may be returned at the expense of Anchor Supply.


Non-Defective Orders:

  • Non-defective orders may be returned, provided the customer has obtained prior authorization from our customer service team. Please contact us at support@myanchorsupply.com to request authorization for the return of non-defective items.

Customer Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on non-defective products. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged in original packaging to prevent damage during transit.


Special or Customized Orders:

  • We do not accept returns or canceled purchase orders for special or customized orders. All sales are final.


Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate the return and obtain authorization.
  • Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Include a copy of the order and return authorization slip in the package.
  • Once we receive the return and inspect the items, we will process a refund or credit, minus the applicable shipping and restocking fees.
