6. Delivery Terms

• a. Delivery of the Goods described herein shall be FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid, and Charged Back. This means that Anchor Supply pays freight and adds it to the invoice; the Buyer bears freight, handling, and processing costs; and the Buyer owns goods in transit. Written freight quotes are available upon request.
• While Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet scheduled dates for shipment and delivery, no guaranteed delivery or completion date is provided.
• Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or charge of any kind resulting from delay in shipment or delivery.

• Anchor Supply makes every reasonable effort to display accurate product information.
• Due to uncontrollable manufacturing conditions, product colors, specifications, and warranties are subject to change without notice.
• Anchor Supply is not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors.
